Having been an educator for over 17 years and a counselor for 10 years, Penny Haight is truly passionate about helping educators reach their highest potential. Her experiences have enabled her to connect with educators on a deep level, and she works tirelessly to help them grow both personally and professionally through her practice, Counseling by Penny Haight. With her daughter and son in law both being teachers as well as her daughter in laws grandmother, a passion for the field of education runs deep within the family roots.

Penny, her husband Donnie, her son Lee, and her daughter-in-law Desiree Haight, also happen to own and operate one of the largest roofing and construction companies in the country, RRCA, a family endeavor that was founded many years ago and has seen great success.

By bringing together the best of both worlds in education, and construction, the Solar Energy Consultant Program created for teachers (by teachers) has been born!

Through this program, the Haight family hopes to provide a means to a second financial stream for teachers, help them take advantage of a lucrative part time career opportunities in an up and coming industry that is quickly proving to be the future of energy solutions as well as provide a practical solution for homeowners to escape ever rising energy costs and unsteady electrical grids.
